Building Work

Your base installers are members of the Federation of Master Builders. This means that your base will be constructed to a high specification and that Heritage have committed to a specific code of conduct which guarantees you a good job.

Even though building regulations is not normally required on a conservatory, your base will be constructed to the normal building inspector's standards.

The footings will be well built enough to carry a house let alone a 600mm high wall. Overkill perhaps, but Heritage Hardwood believe that a solid base is at the heart of every successful conservatory installation. For these reasons the base work carries a unique five-year guarantee.
